New in Beauty: Zoella Jelly & Gelato Range

I honestly wasn’t sure about this range when it launched. I was really excited about it launching, don’t get me wrong, but when I actually smelt it I just didn’t really feel super pumped about it. I left it a couple of weeks, smelling it every time I went into a Superdrug and it gradually grew on me to the point that when it was on 3 for 2 I just couldn’t resist any longer.

I bought three products from the Jelly & Gelato range, Gelat’Eau Body Mist, Shower Shake Moisturising Body Wash and Body Pudding Body Cream. We only have a shower in our house so I can’t try out any of the bath products unfortunately but I’m not a massive bath fan anyway really do that doesn’t bother me. It turned out that not buying anything when this range first launched actually worked out quite well too because it’s meant that I’ve been able to read other people’s reviews and find out what things might work best for me.

The product I was probably most excited about getting (although ngl I was excited about it all) was hands down Gelat’Eau, which is a little strange as when I first smelt it I wasn’t that keen. The scent really grew on me though and I love it now. It’s such a deep and unusual scent I think. It’s sweet but without being sickly or harsh, also the bottle is just *insert heart eyes emoji here*. I think the choice of packaging for this entire range is just perfect. I also think it’s really nice how the bottle isn’t see through like most perfumes.

There are two shower products in the Jelly & Gelato range, but the fact that this one is moisturising along with the packaging being cuter made it a no brainer for me. Shower Sauce looks cute and all but it’s no Shower Shake is it let’s be honest. I’ve read a few posts where people have said this is good for shaving your legs too so I’m super excited to start using this.

Sticking with the moisturising route with Body Pudding. I just love the name of this, I haven’t tried it yet, but I can imagine it’s going to be really creamy and soft and smell amazing! I’m working my way through a tub of The Body Shops Peach Body Butter at the minute, else I would’ve cracked into this bad boy already.

Have you tried anything from the Jelly & Gelato range? What are your favourite bits?
