What’s in My September Birchbox?

September’s Birchbox arrived a little later than it was supposed to as my first box was damaged in transit. Birchbox were so helpful though and arranged for a replacement to be sent out to me really quickly.

I was really looking forward to this box arriving because the box is in collaboration with Oliver Bonas. How beautiful is that packaging! I love the design of September’s box, it’s so bright and colourful.

I’m really pleased with everything I received in my Birchbox this month (last month when you’re reading this.), I’m actually so excited to try everything because I haven’t tried any of it before, except for the Dr PawPaw. I’ve been using this stuff for a couple of years now and always have a tube of it on my bedside table.

I received:

Polaar IcyMagic Instant Eye Contour Energiser – Travel Size

Dr. PawPaw Original Clear Balm – Travel Size

Manna Kadar Fantasy 3-in-1 Blush, Highlighter and Eyeshadow – Full Size

Arrow BOOST Colour Enhancing Lip Balm – Full Size

Beauty Protector Protect & Detangle Leave in Conditioner – Travel Size

So far I’ve only tried the Arrow Boost Lip Balm, Icy Magic and the leave in conditioner but I love all three. The lip balm adjusts to the pH level of your lips to create your own unique colour, which let’s be honest is pretty cool. For me it’s a lovely light natural pink and I love the colour. It’s also really hydrating and makes my lips feel baby soft.

The Icy Magic eye roll on is so soothing. I use it morning and evening as part of my skin care routine and it feels so nice when applied. It has a metal roll on applicator which as the name suggests is really cold to the touch. It boasts helping to eliminate puffiness, dark circles and stimulate eyelash growth.

If you read my September Favourites post then you’ll know I’ve been using Coco Loco from Lee Stafford pre-styling to nourish, protect and tame my hair. This leave in conditioner from Beauty Protector is essentially the same product except it’s in a spray form. I’ve only used this 2/3 times so far but I have to say, it really rivals Coco Loco for me. I love how quickly it detangles and it does a great job of taming frizz too. The only issue is that it’s over double the price of Coco Loco at£18.50, but it’s a great product so I would consider buying the full size. Actually, out of the three things I have tried so far I would consider buying (or re-buying as the case may be) the full size of each.

I loved my September Birchbox. If you subscribe to Birchbox as well what did you get in yours? Were you pleased with what you received? Let me know in the comments below!

Thanks for reading ♥
